Your Twin Flame will reflect your lack of self-love
On a Twin Flame Journey it can often be difficult to grasp why interactions with your twin soul can sometimes be so harsh, distant and mean. But, if they truly are your twin flame, you will have to remind yourself that they are you and you are them. Your Twin Flame will reflect your lack of self-love until you have truly reached a place of deep unconditional love for yourself. They can only reflect what you feel towards yourself, and they can only act the way you act towards yourself.
Digging deep
Initially this might be very painful and especially confusing as what they are reflecting to us is often buried deep within us. But that is exactly the reason why they are the only ones who can truly show us what’s going on inside of us. As we are one soul with them, one consciousness, they will, mostly unknowingly, show us how we really think about ourselves.
Every time when you go back into separation throughout this experience, please remember that this is as if you are ‘going back to the drawing board’. Despite the intense pain, try to see that whatever happened just now, it is YOUR soul trying to desperately tell you that you can, are allowed and are meant to love yourself even more than you think you can. Know that there is never any separation between the two of you on a 5D level, and with that in the back of your mind, bring yourself back to that drawing board of self-love.
Be very honest when looking at your own actions, thougths and words
Take some time out and try to be very honest by looking within with a very open mind and open heart. The actions and words of your twin; where are they reflecting how you talk about and act towards yourself? Where are they showing exactly what you are doing to yourself on the inside and what are the roots of that behaviour or of those thoughts?
Do your best to work through whatever comes up through those experiences with your twin soul by going deep within. While working through that, stay aware, as much as you can, that this Twin Flame Journey, no matter what ultimately happens or doesn’t happen between you and them in the 3D, is meant to bring YOU to a much better place in YOUR life through a higher sense of self-love and awareness.
